Lanark 2-3 Neilston

Posted by gavinalston31 on May 3, 2014 at 12:10 PM

Lanark got their noses in front at 2-1 but threw it away late on with two sloppy goals.

Neilston ahead within 15 minutes.

0-1 at half time, Lanark levelled through Danny Burns who slotted home after rounding the keeper.

In front a short while later through Con Boyle.

Neilston levelled almost immediately and won the game with a goal right at the death.

Dunipace are beatable, no doubt. We normally do well against them so lets hope that continues. A point is the minimum we can afford to take and then it will be game on at Johnstone.

Sloppy is a good way to describe how we threw away 3 and then one point.
Still in our own hands so we can't look to anyone else but ourselves.
